Michael Fraser our Senior Care Co-Ordinator Michael came to Nightingales in 2011 as a carer at the age of 18 and has found his way in care and worked his way up to a Senior Care Co-Ordinator and during this time gain lots of experience, he also oversees all our in-house training.
