About Nightingales Homecare

Gillian Tannahill our Senior Carer started in 2018 as a carer and worked her way to Senior carer, Gillians background was never in care but wanted a career change and found she enjoyed caring for Service Users.

Alison Edwards our Senior Carer started in 2018 as a part time carer alongside of her full-time job as a teaching assistant in a primary school but after 4 months, she enjoyed her job so much that she changed to full time at Nightingales, gained lots of experience at Nightingales and became a senior carer.

Emma Lamb our Care Co-Ordinator has been with the company since 2014 starting as a carer and working her way up to her current position, Previously Emma worked in residential care and found that not to be a rewarding as domiciliary care.

Michael Fraser our Senior Care Co-Ordinator Michael came to Nightingales in 2011 as a carer at the age of 18 and has found his way in care and worked his way up to a Senior Care Co-Ordinator and during this time gain lots of experience, he also oversees all our in-house training.

Mandy Fraser our Registered Manager has been with the company since 1997 so has grown with the company, starting as a carer at Nightingales, then working her way up to the Registered Manager, Originally Mandy Fraser background in care was with Learning and Physical disabilities so had a lot of experiences in multiple areas of care when joining the company, with approximate 36 years of experience in care to date at the time this was written.
